The TemptationsYouth Group | Wednesday Nights | Starts July 31 4 week series on Wednesdays / A series about temptation / Temptation can be a confusing concept for students to understand. Everyone is tempted, even Jesus Himself. Temptation never ends, and we never defeat temptation. An important thing we want teenagers to understand in this series is that temptation is not sin; it isn’t sinful to be tempted. It is when we fail to resist temptation, give in to temptation, and miss the mark. "Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a loyal spirit within me." Psalm 51:10 NLT |

Students are going bowling at Woodleaf Lanes in Salisbury. Depart from church at 4pm. We will eat after. $15 + money for food/snack.

Fork Baptist Church, 6pm-8pm. Join us for a night of food, fun, games & giveaways.
Sep 2 | Labor Day at Carowinds
We will spend the day at Carowinds/Carolina Harbor. Depart from church at 8am, bring $40 + money for food & snacks.
Deadline to sign up is Aug 21st
Sep 4 | Roundabout
4 week series on Wednesdays on following Jesus and experiencing change. Our students are navigating change at a rapid pace. Though many of those changes are welcomed, some can be incredibly difficult, unexpected, and hard to handle. Even good change is still change. For better or worse, change is a part of life, and that means our students have to navigate it one way or the other. So, in this series, we’ll guide students through handling change with the assurance that they can do so with God, who never changes.
